Business Analyst

I am currently working with a Legal Services Client on an exciting Business Analyst opportunity. This is a permanent role that requires 3 days a week in the office.

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence etc.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable project deliverables.
• Develop process models, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure projects align with strategic goals and delivers value.
