Telesales Executive

Job description:

We are recruiting for an award-winning company based in Liverpool and due to company growth, they are looking to expand their team with a money-hungry Inbound/Outbound telesales Executive. You will receive a basic salary of 22,000 + 300 to 500 + per month commission.

This is an office-based position, working Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm with no weekends.

The Package for the right candidate:

• Salary - 22,- 500 + per month commission
• Uncapped commission plus overtime available
• Salary reviews every year
• Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
• No weekends
• 20 days holiday rising to 25 days with length of service

Your Duties will include:

• Mixture of Inbound and outbound calls/ Always warm who have contacted the business.
• Building effective relationships with new and existing clients
• Confidentially discussing company, brand, values, products & services
• Achieving set sales targets & objective - with a desire to exceed KPIs daily
• To be accountable for growth performance at all levels
• Occasionally attending conferences, exhibitions, and events where appropriate
