Litigation Executives - Liverpool – MOJ Portal; fast track and multi track; large loss

We are looking to speak with talented paralegals or litigation executives looking for a new challenge in the Liverpool area. Two of our leading law firm clients are recruiting for a number of RTA and EL/PL positions. The opportunities vary from MOJ Portal opportunities to litigated fast track, multi track and even catastrophic injury.

Summary

• Job Title: Paralegal / Litigation Executive
• Location: Liverpool
• Salary: £23,000 to £35,000
• Work Pattern: Hybrid working
• Reports to: Team Leader
• Previous Experience: Ideally you will have a strong appreciation of personal injury work whether on the MOJ Portal or handling fast track litigated RTA and / or EL/PL work. Any experience of higher value multi track or large loss work would also be an advantage.

Wide range of pre-litigated and litigated opportunities available

We have a number of exciting opportunities available in the Liverpool market depending on your level of experience. These include:

• MOJ Portal, Pre-litigated and litigated motor claims and EL/PL claims up to reserves of £25,000 and beyond, including more complex multi track matters. You'll oversee cases from inception through negotiation and settlement, while also identifying cases suitable for early litigation.
• Credit Hire including complex credit hire and credit hire fraud
• Fast track RTA work for major corporate clients particularly in retail and logistics
• Catastrophic injury opportunities with one of our leading national clients
