I am currently working with a reputable Construction Consultancy looking for a passionate Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Liverpool Office.


Our client provides a full range of traditional Quantity Surveying services specialising in Health, Education, Commercial, Residential and Community sectors.

They take pride in their capacity to approach things from an alternative perspective, challenging conventional thinking and ultimately providing valuable benefits to their clients and stakeholders through modernisation.

The Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee cost estimation, contract management, and financial reporting. You'll work on a diverse range of projects with budgets varying from smaller-scale ventures to multi-million-pound developments

What They Are Looking For:

  • A RICS accredited degree
  • MRICS or working towards it.
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience

Our client is offering a salary of 50,000- 80,000 depending on experience
