As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining the NetZERO team, focusing on the commercial aspect of EV charging infrastructure projects, according to agreed Service Level Agreements, Budgets, and Quality standards. Working closely with, stakeholders, and Clients to ensure project success.

The projects will include the installation of electrical and civil work associated with the EV Charging sites.

Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor:

• Contribute to compliance with commercial processes and procedures
• Timely identification and mitigation/communication of programme risks
• Build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders, which will involve regular communication, understanding needs and goals, and addressing any concerns or escalations
• Support systems and processes that will contribute to a sustainable and commercially viable pipeline of work in line with any agreed Service Level Agreements
• Work closely with internal and subcontractor teams, including SHEQ and Operational, to ensure customer needs are met and the best service is being provided

Criteria for the Quantity Surveyor:

• Minimum 3 years experience in quantity surveying working with an ICP, DNO or Electrical contractor
• Experience with accounting systems e.g. Oracle
• Experience in managing Sub-contracts
• A working knowledge of standard forms of contract in particular the NEC for
