Maintenance Engineer

Real Life Science are seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a Pharma Manufacturing company in Liverpool! 12 month contract (Inside IR35)

Our client, a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Liverpool is seeking an experienced and skilled maintenance engineer to join their team. This contract position offers competitive rate.

Qualifications / experience required:

- Mechanical or Electrical qualification
The ideal candidate should possess an Engineering qualification (HND or similar), mechanical or electrical and that demonstrate knowledge and experience working with complex machinery typically found within the Pharmaceutical and FMCG manufacturing industry.

-Th role requires undertaking both planned and unplanned maintenance activities on production lines while minimising downtime by performing routine inspections before any issues arise

GMP Knowledge -
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are important standards enforced throughout pharma manufacture to ensure quality products conforming regulatory requirements.The successful applicant must have knowledge of GMP processes and ensuring compliance with HSE regulations.

Pharmaceutical Industry Exposure -
Experience within the pharmaceuticals or FMCG manufacturing sector would give candidates additional advantage since it provides them insight into regulations as well as best practices when dealing with critical equipment used during drug manufacturing.
