They are currently seeking a Manager to guide their talented Process Engineering team.
In this role you'll be focused on leading from the front with your Process Engineering expertise to help guide the team of 3 Engineers with overseeing the engineering processes of new and existing products from R&D through to Manufacturing. This role is a mixture between team management and hands-on technical engineering. You'll be overseeing the team, assisting with coaching, delegating tasks and ensuring that projects are completed on tie, you'll also be assisting with ongoing coaching and training of the team. On the technical side, you'll be assisting with product testing & verification, BOMs, production documentation and some electronic assembly work.

*Leading a team of 3 highly technical Process Engineers
*Coaching, being the technical expert, supporting career development, delegating tasks

*Supporting BOMs, Production documentation
*Aberystwyth based - RELOCATION SUPPORT
THE PERSON:
*Process Engineering background
*Educated in either Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
*Experience in a Team Leading position
*Background in any manufactured product considered
