Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the Estimating Team

• Ensuring precise pricing
• Managing subcontractor prices, invoices, and payments
• Overseeing variation pricing, completion, and invoicing

• Interfacing with Clients and Construction Professionals

• Communicating with site managers, project managers, and site engineers
• Negotiating with clients and handling relevant financial and legal matters
• Measuring and valuing completed work and issuing detailed invoices

• Monthly CVR Completion

• Calculating accruals and work in progress

• Tracking Design or Site Work Changes

• Raising variations when needed
• Adjusting budget forecasts

• Establishing Cost Forecasting Tools

• Managing actual costs against budgets
