Site Supervisor/Manager

Our client specialises in the installation of energy-efficient measures for domestic homes with an annual turnover of 50m+ and over 100 direct employees. Services include air source heat pumps, solar panels, and internal wall insulation. Due to sustained growth, they are looking to recruit a Site Supervisor to work within the Internal Wall Installation division which operates in the private residential sector.

You'll be supervising quality on numerous private residential schemes across the country so some travel will be required. You will most likely be office-based Monday and Friday whilst travelling to sites Tuesday to Thursday. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused Site Supervisor/Manager, committed to completing the work to high standards.

Duties:
Oversee day-to-day operations on sites
Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to
Supervise workers and subcontractors
Coordinate retrofit and activities
