Job Title: Groundworker (Social Housing)

Location: Liverpool

Salary: 19 CIS per hour + Van & Fuel Card Provided

Contract: Full-Time, Ongoing Contract

Our client, a leading company within the social housing sector, is seeking experienced Groundworkers to join their team in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals to secure long-term, stable work on social housing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing general groundwork, including drainage, paving, kerbing, and fencing on social housing properties.
• Assisting with excavation and installation of foundations and other structures.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and adheres to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborating with the site team to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Groundworker, ideally within the social housing sector or similar projects.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Experience with a wide range of groundwork tasks, including drainage and paving.
• Full UK driving license.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
