About the Role:

We need a passionate Senior UX Designer to join our team and make a real impact. This role is crucial for optimizing the user experience across all PayPoint Group websites. Your mission? Attract, retain, and grow our brand audiences.

Main Responsibilities:

Discovery – Quantitative Analysis ??

• Team up with Product and Data Analysis to glean insights from Google Analytics, Hot Jar, Power BI, Surveys, Polls, Trust Pilot reviews, and CX metrics.

Discovery – User Research ??????

• Lead persona creation, customer experience mapping, user interviews, and lab sessions. Turn insights into video highlights and results matrices to prioritize customer issues

Strategy – Design Sprints ??

• Facilitate Design Sprints with workshops to encourage design thinking and solution development with senior stakeholders.

Ideate – Workflows and Wireframes ??

• Convert discovery insights into opportunities, user stories, workflows, and wireframes.

Ideate – Prototype ???

• Build detailed prototypes for websites and apps using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and UX Pin.

Build – Develop ??

• Work in an Agile framework with development and test teams, creating detailed specs, user stories, and assets.

Validate – Analysis ??

• Analyze experiments with qualitative and quantitative data to inform future iterations.

CRO – Lead Experiments ??

• Drive ongoing CRO experiments and A/B testing across all channels.

Content Management ??

• Oversee the maintenance and evolution of Design Systems with marketing, development, and business teams.

Essential Skills:

• UX Design experience in agile/lean environments.
• Skilled in user research and analysis.
• Proficient in creating interactive prototypes.
• Experienced in leading Design Sprints and promoting design thinking.
• Expertise in managing UX lifecycles for eCommerce on all platforms.
