The Role:

Are you a Project Manager on the hunt for your next contract role? Are you a Project Manager that has deep knowledge of Construction and Estate Strategy that is looking for a new challenge?

We are working in Partnership with central UK Policing organisation based Merseyside that is on the hunt for a Project Manager with strong experience in for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control delivery and closure of multiple construction projects relating to the Estate Strategy. Ensuring a consistent approach is applied to all Estate Strategy projects, compliant with the Police and Crime Commissioners Estate Strategy Governance Protocols.

What is needed for this role:

• Be responsible for the preparation of a design brief to include design drawings, technical specifications, tender / procurement documentation
• Eligible for NPPV Clearance - 5 years continuous residency in the UK
• Authorised Professional Practice (APP) on Information Management
• Home Office Code of Practice on the Management of Police Information (MoPI)
• Excellent communication
