Quantity Surveyor

V7 Recruitment are currently working with a reputable and modern main contractor who are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the North working on high rise luxury apartments. This will be for an initial 6 month contract.

Ideal candidate:

• Main contractor background
• Experience on high rise projects desired
• Ambitious and motivated work attitude
• Strong management skills

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Travelling across the North to visit sites.
• Procuring materials and subcontractors.
• Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers.
• Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports.
