Family Support Worker

We are looking for a dedicated Family Support Workerl. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in childcare and education to provide essential support and guidance to families in need.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide tailored support to families, helping them address challenges and improve their overall well-being.

- Work closely with children and parents to promote positive family dynamics and safe home environments.

- Assist families in accessing resources and services, including educational, healthcare, and community support.

- Develop and implement family support plans, ensuring that progress is tracked and adapted as needed.

- Facilitate group support sessions and one-on-one interventions to empower families and children.

Requirements:

- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education (or equivalent).

- Previous experience working with families, children, and vulnerable individuals.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.

- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and child protection procedures.
