Salary: £30k - £40k

Location: Liverpool

nGenium are currently working with a premium global manufacturer of laboratory automation and robotics systems to help expand their customer support team. This is a field-based position supporting customers in bespoke laboratories with their automation systems.

In this Field Service Engineer role you can expect:

• Conduct preventative maintenance, implement planned improvements, Address breakdowns and performance issues promptly, on-site and remote technical support, Diagnose and resolve faults, collaborating with specialist teams as needed.
• Providing excellent customer service, interacting with various clients maintaining and improving relationships and identifying new opportunities for upgrades.
• Documenting activities.

A suitable candidate for this role would need:

• Strong background in science and technology with experience working in a lab environment.
• An understanding of electromechanical systems
• A good degree in any scientific/engineering field.
• A desire to learn and develop skills.
• 1 years experience maintaining, troubleshooting scientific/analytical equipment.
• Experience in a customer facing role
• UK driving license and full right to work
