Our client is a leading organisation with a fantastic team and an opportunity to support the manager in leading a small team of processors across a large volume payroll.

Key Duties/Tasks:

• Assisting the manager in all payroll activities
• Drive positive change to current processes, analyse as is and drive a plan for the future of the Payroll function
• Drive efficiencies, system upgrades and role evaluations
• Liaise with key stakeholders as part of the senior management team
• Production of reports and journals
• Providing support on benefit analysis
