About the role

Employers' Liability / Public Liability - Personal Injury - Solicitor - Remote

A unique opportunity to join an established law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to individuals who have suffered Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence.

Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s EL/PL team, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Lawyer to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a resilient and varied legal practice.

The role involves working on your own caseload from initial instructions to settlement.

The ideal candidate will have experience of handling a caseload of Employers Liability/Public Liability matters from inception to completion. You will have experience in handling a Fast and Multi Track caseload.

The firm is seeking a motivated, technically strong lawyer with ambition, who can develop relationships and provide an exceptional level of service to its clients.

The successful candidate will be expected to work with limited supervision but with the benefit of full administrative support.

The Candidate

• EL/PL Solicitor (with 3+ years experience)
• Experience of handling a Employers Liability/Public Liability caseload
• Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
• Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
