Position : Maintenance Engineer

Skills : Electrical bias essential

Shifts : Mornings and afternoons 6-2, 2-10. No nights

Salary : £45,000

Location : Liverpool

Hybrid : No - this is an onsite position

Leading manufacturing company in a period of growth has opportunities for Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer to join their Liverpool operation on a permanent basis. Whilst an electrical bias is essential the work will be a mix of Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic & Hydraulic

Mornings and afternoons 6 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 10 pm

Equipment Includes :-

• CNC machines (milling)
• Manual machines (lathes and grinders)
• Laser etching machinery
• Ovens and furnaces
• Control systems include : Siemens Sinumerik, S7 & TIA, Mazatrol, Bosch Rexroth, HAAS, Fanuc

Essential

• A relevant vocational qualification e.g. NVQ, ONC, C&G, HNC, HND and / or an appropriate apprenticeship.
• Proven experience working within a Maintenance / Engineering environment
• Experience with identification, design & installation of improvement projects
• Good communication skills across a multitude of platforms
