Description
The key responsibilities of a Temporary PA will include, but may not be limited to;
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team
- Handle client enquiries effectively and professionally
- Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines
- Prepare and edit legal documents and correspondence
- Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office
- Manage and maintain client records and databases
- Minute taking within meetings
- Booking travel arrangements
- Support the team with other relevant duties as required
Profile
A successful Temporary PA should have:
- An understanding of the legal sector and secretarial duties
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A professional demeanour and a commitment to providing high-quality support
- Ability to commute to Liverpool
