Project Manager Construction

• Oversee various high profile construction sites
• Manage and lead site teams
• Ensure that all work is carried out efficiently and safely, with a focus on project specifications
• Oversee the planning and successful execution of construction projects, ensuring that they meet the high standards expected within the luxury construction sectors
• Monitor progress within the projects including budgets, timelines, and any necessary adjustments needed to meet project goals
• Coordinate with all clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure a seamless delivery of all projects

Requirements:

• Proven previous experience in managing construction sites
• A strong background in leisure, hotel or luxury residential sectors
• Exceptional problem solving and organisational skills
• Proven ability to manage projects simultaneously
• Previous successful experience in leading and motivation teams with a strong focus on delivering high quality results
• Excellent communication skills
