Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A successful Cost Management Consultancy are looking for a highly driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Liverpool team.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyors' role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be joining a close-knit and supportive team of 18, with plans to continue expanding.

In this role, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be providing Employers' Agent services, working primarily on new build residential projects, including care, high-rise, and both supported and affordable housing.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will benefit from unmatched APC support, with direct access to APC assessors, and a fantastic track record of supporting individuals of this level through their APC first time.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be a career-focused individual, with an interest in Employers' Agent focused projects.

• BSc / MSc in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
• Currently completing APC
• Previous Employers' Agent experience is beneficial but not essential
• Project experience within the residential sector
• UK consultancy experience
