Your Role:

As the Assistant Manager, you will:
  • Assist the Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the café.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining high barista standards.
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to ensure a motivated and effective team.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar managerial role - Strong Deputy Manager experience preferable
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills, both with staff and customers.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
