Receptionist

Overview
We are seeking a welcoming, empathetic and organised Receptionist/ Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a friendly welcome to all our visitors by offering exceptional customer service and handling various administrative tasks
Duties
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Showing empathy and care to all our visitors.
- Creating a welcoming and friendly initial impression.
- Performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Managing the diaries of our therapist's using our specialist clinical software.
- Managing office supplies and maintaining an organised office environment
- Assisting with Xero entries and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Utilising Outlook for scheduling, emails, and document management
- Providing administrative support to the team as needed
-Light domestic duties to maintain the a tidy and welcoming environment e.g light hoovering, wiping surface, preparing tea, coffee and light snacks for visitors
Experience
The successful candidate should ideally possess the following skills:
-Empathetic and caring communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computerised systems for office tasks
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role
- Previous experience in a medical setting is advantageous
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
