This is a permanent role based in the Merseyside area and is paying £80,000 - £90,000 for the right Responsible Individual.Do you have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent?

Duties of the Responsible Individual:- Overseeing the operation of an Ofsted regulated children's home
- Responsible for providing effective leadership and management
- Ensuring the highest standards of of care are maintained for all children and young people as outlined in the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015
- A full driving licence is required
We are seeking a child-focused, innovative and experienced Registered Manager or Responsible Individual.
Requirements for the Responsible Individual:- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent
- Experience in working in a Children's Home
