Solicitor sought for flexible independent role in busy Agricultural Department

A busy well established rural practice is recruiting into its Agricultural Department and invites applications from solicitors and senior solicitors. Salary commensurate with experience, plus excellent benefits.

Role Description

This is a full or part time hybrid role for a Solicitor at Harrisons Solicitors LLP. The Solicitor will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks, including  transactional property work (including refinancing), succession planning in the agricultural sector, client representation, drafting and providing legal advice and guidance to clients.   The role can be located in either our Welshpool or Newtown office and can include an element of working from home.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in the areas of Agricultural Property Law
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Adherence to high ethical standards
• Qualification as a Solicitor
• Experience in a similar role or practice area is a plus including experience in commercial work
