Administrator Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Temporary contract £13ph - Weekly pay Immediate start - Monday 9th September Are you looking for work at the minute? Do you have experience within a fast paced Administration role? If so, we would love to hear from you! My client is looking for a number of temps to help with a backlog at this very busy period, we need somebody who is able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.Duties and Responsibilities: Chase for updates on reports & appointments & provide updates to all parties Liaise effectively with all existing treatment providers to ensure treatment is timely and information received appropriately Identify and promote escalation of more severe cases to appropriate services Complete Pre-Medical questionnaire's with patients Processing of invoicesExperience needed: Possess telephony skills that result in effective communication Communicate effectively in writing with good keyboard skills Have a good knowledge of MS Word and a basic knowledge of MS Excel Basic knowledge of the injury management process Effective oral and written communication skills Effective time management skills and the ability to manage competing demands Ability to communicate and build rapport with people at all levels Effective communication with external health professionals Have a thorough knowledge of the case management system and the ability to use it effectivelyIf this sounds like something that you would be interested in then please APPLY NOW!
