The role's purpose is to support the finance team, proactively contribute to improving the day-to-day finance operations, managing resources to support best value, and promote public accountability.
Duties:
Manage expenditure within the budgetPrepare weekly/monthly bank statement reconciliationsProcess monthly recharges and reconcile credit card expendituresPrepare monthly VAT returns and year-end VAT reconciliationAssist with budget planning, monitoring, and evaluationUpdate finance system with new budgetsAssist with payroll tasks and process related journalsMaintain fixed assets register and update utilities/energy usage informationPrepare monthly management accountsManage income and expenditure for financial projects and school activitiesRequired Experience:
Experience with using Xero softwarePrepared management accounts Month end2+ years in accounts experienceBenefits:
