Peripatetic Manager

• Act as Home Manager during absences, upholding high standards of care.
• Provide hands-on support to homes facing challenges, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with Home Managers to drive improvements and enhance overall care quality.
• Manage budgets and oversee financial performance across homes.
• Work closely with the Regional Director on strategic goals and policy implementation.

• Proven track record of Good or Outstanding CQC inspections.
• Experience in successfully turning around failing services.
• At least 2 years as a Home Manager; NMC Pin preferred.
• Level 5 NVQ qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for travel.
