A thriving multi-disciplinary construction consultancy based in Liverpool is seeking a motivated and ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

With a strong foundation in traditional Chartered Quantity Surveying, this consultancy has built a solid reputation for excellence and reliability among a wide-ranging client base.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in delivering bespoke projects across a variety of sectors, including healthcare & NHS, local authority, education, commercial, industrial, blue light, housing, and defence.

You will be responsible for managing these projects through all stages, from initial design and procurement to construction and final account settlements.

This position offers the chance to work closely with a loyal client base on meaningful projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards of quality, cost-efficiency, and effectiveness.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (BSc or MSc preferred)
• Experience working across sectors such as healthcare, commercial, or industrial
• Expertise in managing design, procurement, construction, and final accounts
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• MRICS qualification or progressing toward chartership
