Duties include;

  • Handling queries from customers
  • Updating and maintaining the in-house system
  • Discuss and advising customers on products where necessary
  • Arranging deliveries and ensuring scheduled deliveries remain on time .
  • Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Updating filing systems


This is a very varied role, and is the perfect opportunity for somebody willing to learn new skills, and develop the role over time.
