Job Title: Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor

Location: Birkenhead, Merseyside

Sellick Partnership are working with a reputable law firm with a long-standing history of providing quality legal services to individuals and businesses across the North West.

Role Overview: They are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor to join their team in Birkenhead. The successful candidate will work alongside their reputable team, demonstrating detailed knowledge in both commercial and residential conveyancing.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the managing director on commercial property transactions.
• Confidently assist the head of residential conveyancing with a caseload of residential matters for private clients and investors.
• Offer strong organizational and time management skills in a busy department.
• Demonstrate excellent client care and effective communication between colleagues and third parties.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years PQE in a similar role or 10 years as a conveyancing case handler.
• Detailed knowledge of both commercial and residential conveyancing.
• Passionate about training and long-term career advancement.
