IT Support Engineer - Education industry experience (essential)

*****MUST have a background within education (School/ College/ University/ Trusts etc) and MUST drive and own a vehicle*****

IT Support, 2nd line support, team leading or managerial experience beneficial, must drive & own a vehicle, Printers, Laptops, Macs, Autonomy, Networking & Windows.

An IT company are looking for a 2nd line support engineer with some team leading or managerial skills to work for their clients who are Educational based - Multi Academy Trusts mainly.

You will have several years working as an IT Support Engineer (with some team leading/ mentoring experience) within the Education sector and have proficiency with working with Macs, Laptops, Printers, Networking and a Windows environment.

The role will be on site daily around Merseyside and Ellesmere Port.
