We are committed to enhancing our clients' confidence through exceptional services. We are now seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Level 4 Beauty/Skin Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis.
Job Overview: As a Level 4 Beauty/Skin Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering advanced skincare treatments and beauty therapies. With your extensive knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and advanced therapies, you will provide tailored solutions to meet our clients' needs. You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ensuring a luxurious and results-driven experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced skin analysis and consultations, recommending appropriate treatments and skincare routines.
- Deliver a range of advanced skin treatments, including but not limited to medical grade chemical peels, laser treatments, and microneedling.
- Administer non-invasive cosmetic procedures, such as radiofrequency, LED light therapy, and skin tightening.
- Provide post-treatment care advice and recommendations to clients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress using our software system.
- Ensure the treatment room and equipment are clean, sanitized, and properly maintained.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare products, trends, and technologies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Support other team members as needed, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company protocols.
- Be confident in putting yourself on social media and creating content for your treatments.
- Help at the desk by answering calls in a professional friendly manner, and booking clients in if required.
Qualifications and Skills;
- NVQ Level 4 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
- Extensive knowledge of skin anatomy, skin conditions, and advanced skincare treatments.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within a reputable clinic or salon.
- Strong proficiency in performing advanced skin treatments, including chemical peels, microneedling, and laser therapies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Passion for skincare and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
