Role: Business Analyst

Start: ASAP

Location: Liverpool (hybrid working - 1 day per week on site)

Salary: £36k per year

Over the last 2 years my client has initiated a large change programme that covers process, people and technology to support natural growth however this role focusses on growth through acquisitions.

Role:

• Thorough understanding of business change processes and transformation
• Work closely with stakeholders at all levels, assessing changes and capturing, analysing, mapping and documenting requirements
• Participating in testing (functionality and user acceptance)
• Support Project Manager with RAID logs and taking up PM responsibilities when needed to cover workload for holidays etc

The ideal candidate:

• 5 years BA experience
• Stakeholder influencing skills
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Excellent business change and readiness knowledge
• Comfortable working in a Waterfall environment
