Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, an established Engineering Workshop in their search for a Quality Control Inspector based near Deeside.
For the successful Quality Control Inspector, our client is offering:
- £32,240 - £36,400 per annum DOE
- Monday to Friday Days (8-Hour Shifts)
- Permanent
- Overtime Available
The role - Quality Control Inspector:
- Conduct thorough quality checks on manufactured details to identify defects or deviations from drawings/specifications using various measuring equipment
- Carry out in process and first article inspection
- Utilise quality assurance techniques to assess product quality
- Analyse data and test results to determine product conformance
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
What our client is looking for in a Quality Control Inspector:
- Experience in using CMM and measurement arms with software - ESSENTIAL
- Must have a good understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes
- Experience in using manual measurement equipment (micrometer, verner etc.) - ESSENTIAL
- Proven experience in quality control or a related field
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and techniques
- Ability to analyse data and draw relevant conclusions
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
