Finance Controller

My client is a leader in the Renewables Sector, they are looking for a dynamic Finance Controller. You will have a wealth of experience and track record in the Construction / Civils sector. With full responsibility for the finance function you will ensure the deliverance of financial targets.

This is a Hybrid role with at least 2 days in the office

As Finance Controller you will be responsible for :

• Leading and developing a high-performing finance team
• Managing all financial and audit requirements
• The production of an annual budget which is both accurate and robust

• Exercise commercial and finance controls during the execution of the project with regular reporting and forecasting of project metrics and KPIs.

• Ensure the coordination of technical support/engineering, manufacturing/supply and onsite construction resources.

• Ensuring robust financial controls and compliance with international standards and regulations

As Finance Controller you will have :

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent in experience
• CIS knowledge.
• Strong leadership skills
• An in-depth understanding of Construction processes and cost accounting.
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong analytical skills and the experience of providing right first time financial accounts.
