Our client based near Welshpool are looking for a Print Assistant to join their family like atmosphere. This is an amazing chance to join a reputable and friendly organisation that manufactures made-to-order products, committed to providing their customers the best possible service.

The Print Assistant will:

• Use Adobe Creative Suite to manipulate designs, create proofs and output high quality accurate film positives for screen production
• Update and monitor order status in production system / priority list in a timely manner
• Pick and prepare stock ready for printing in line with schedule
• Purchasing of studio / process consumables and checking goods received for accuracy to order
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM and manufacturing systems

The Ideal Print Assistant will be:

• Proficient in both Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Innovative and flexible approach to resolving design (surface pattern) problems
• Very good e-mail and telephone manner, at ease dealing with customers daily
• Proficient in both Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Experience in liaising with customers by phone & email
