Our client based in Wrexham is currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Duties:
- Operate in accordance with Company HSE policies and SSoW procedures.
- Work to maintenance schedules, carrying out planned preventative maintenance on a range of process and support equipment.
- React swiftly to process breakdowns to minimise downtime.
- Ensure root cause of equipment failure is always identified and appropriate preventative action implemented.
- Accurate and consistent completion of documentation and SAP data.
- Ensure the work area is kept clean and in orderly manner.
What we are looking for in the right candidate:
- Time served engineering apprenticeship.
- Minimum ONC/HNC in Engineering (ideally both mechanical and electrical).
- IEE 18th Edition regulations if electrically biased.
- COMPEX qualified (advantageous).
- Knowledge of PLC's, Controls and Motor Drives, AC and DC motors, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electrical and Mechanical Properties.

- 4 on - 4 off (2 days, 2 nights) shift pattern
