We're working a well-established multi-service law firm who are looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to support the Commercial Conveyancing team. Based in their office in Chester, you’ll be supporting solicitors and fee earners with a range of commercial conveyancing matters. This role is perfect for a candidate who is looking to grow their career in commercial property law.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting management of a range of commercial property cases
• Provide exceptional client care and manage client relationships
• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
• Support solicitors and fee earners with their duties
• Provide general administrative support to the team

What we need from you:

• Strong attention to detail
• Some relevant experience in commercial property law
• Ability to be organised & take initiative
