Project Manager - Ellesmere Port - Hybrid - £60K DOE
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious individual to join our client as a Project/Programme Manager. This position will suit an experienced Project Manager or Programme Manager with experience of the UK Utilities.
Role
- Oversee and proactively manage a portfolio of 30+ innovation projects, applying project and programme management best practice as appropriate.
- Act as project manager or project co-ordinator to lead or support selected projects.
- Work with Network companies to track benefits delivered.
- Support scoping and review of project plans to ensure consistency and best practice, and that projects are set up in the most appropriate way to deliver the intended objectives/outcomes.
- Support Graduate Engineers with the delivery of projects.
- Work with external stakeholders to drive the delivery of projects to ensure the successful adoption of business-as-usual solutions at pace.
- Identify and manage issues and blockers in relation to project investment and deployment of solutions.
- Maintain and continuously improve project delivery/management/coordination processes and templates.
- Ability to be flexible & versatile to suit business needs.
- Contribute to the growth and ambition of the company.
Skills
- Prince2
- Agile PM Certified practitioner
- Experience in Utilities, energy or greentech
- Programme and Project management experience
- Waterfall and Agile methodologies
