Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a construction team, ensuring all works comply with legal, company, and project requirements.

• Oversee subcontractors, manage contracts, and ensure commercial and programme requirements are met.

• Coordinate with various project areas, manage junior staff, and ensure timely project delivery.

• Maintain high standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance.

• Keep accurate records, provide regular progress updates, and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing construction projects and teams.

• Comprehensive understanding of contractor responsibilities under CDM regulations.

• CSCS Management Card: Valid CSCS Management card.

• Experience with project management systems like Themis

• Ability to design and implement innovative solutions

• Focus on maintaining health, safety, and sustainability in all work areas.
