Package Description We are seeking an enthusiastic committed professional to join us as an Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will: - Mentoring, supporting and inspiring learners by supporting them with curriculum-based learning in the classroom, on home tuition and outreach and through outdoor activities
- Assist with the preparation of learning material and contributing to the delivery of learning objectives with a strong focus on behavioural management
- Daily reports on learners' progress and barriers to learning
- Interaction with parents/care givers on a regular basis
Our ideal candidate will have: - A committed and passionate view of students with SEND
- At least two years' experience minimum of working in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision
- A level 3 TA qualification is advantageous
