Tiktok Content Production Assistant
(Office Based Role)

We are looking for a bubbly, confident and creative individual with a knowledge of videography, editing and trendspotting. If you enjoy a challenge, thinking outside of the box and a fast-paced environment, keep reading!
What you will do:
- Assist with content & social campaign strategies that are TikTok specific to increase growth/engagement and put these into action
- Help to co-ordinate and produce video content based off trends and new creative concepts
- Film and edit TikTok content on a daily basis to a high standard
- Trendspotting and pinpointing pop-culture moments to incorporate into video edit style and reflect brand voice
- Create relevant and trending content that will build on our current TikTok successes
- Assist with creating engaging captions
- Participate in collecting engaging content with our community and customers, particularly during events and pop-ups
- Assist with providing insights and reports using data driven results to back your social strategies to management teams
- Gather Behind The Scenes content during shoot days specifically for TikTok use
- Assist with organising influencer gifting and collaborations under the instruction of Management
- Involvement in new exciting platform ideas that align with new collection launches and product specific assets to the wider creative team e.g. Live Shopping, interactive events
- Help to organise content days for the TikTok platform as and when required
- Work under time constraints and to meet deadlines, with the passion and ability to work reactively to the business needs as and when these arise
- Work closely with the wider creative team to ensure ideas align with campaign concepts and overall brand aesthetic
We are looking for someone who has:
- A passion for social media, particularly the TikTok platform
- Experience in a similar role previously would be great, but isn't a must - all we want to see is evidence of your creativity and abilities to create high-level content
- Some knowledge of video editing, colouring and planning is required
- A creative flair with a vision that has the ability to be reactive with current trends
- An eye for great engaging content and an understanding of what our community would want to watch/our brand voice & humour
- An open mind and “think-out-of-the-box” attitude
- The ability to contribute to significant growth of the Sisters & Seekers online social presence
- An approachable and fun demeanour that puts people at ease when creating content
- The knowledge and capability to increase social engagement and growth
- The ability to blend and complete tasks within a team, working together with colleagues to give the best work output possible
- Confidence to develop, present and back your ideas to a group or team, yet finds feedback constructive to develop ideas further
- The ability to work on different projects simultaneously
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
