Reliability Engineer

As a key member of the Engineering Team, your primary accountability is to provide safe andhighly reliable equipment to manufacturing colleagues, achieved through a healthy balance of hands-on maintenance competence, equipment knowledge, analysis of equipmentperformance and strong communication skill.

To focus on asset reliability to improve the overall reliability & efficiency of all site

assets.

Undertaking planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance throughoutthe site.

Identify improvement projects from scope to implementation with focus on

equipment reliability and improved performance.

Participate and lead Root cause analysis activities on site and drive engineering leadimprovements on site.

Use latest techniques and condition-based monitoring information to improve andmaintain all assets on site to their most optimum levels.

Support and develop CBM activities and techniques on site for the purpose of drivingoverall plant performance.

To act as a deputy to the engineering team leader.

To mentor and develop engineering team and engineering apprentices through theirengineering knowledge and expertise.

Execute planned and unplanned maintenance activities to agreed standards, ensuringsafe working always.

Ensure all site assets are maintained to a high standard and meet sites requirementsand are always available.
