ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR!

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installations and maintenance for a large commercial project in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems.

Electrical Supervisor Responsibilities:

1. Supervision of Electrical Works: As an Electrical Supervisor, you will manage a team of electricians, ensuring that all electrical work complies with industry standards and project specifications.

2. Quality Control: The Electrical Supervisor will perform regular inspections of electrical installations, identifying and addressing any issues promptly to maintain high-quality standards.

3. Safety Management: It is essential for the Electrical Supervisor to enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring that all team members adhere to health and safety regulations.

4. Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with project managers and other supervisors to ensure that the electrical work aligns with the overall project timeline and objectives.

5. Training and Development: The Electrical Supervisor will provide training and guidance to junior electricians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill enhancement within the team.

6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed and report on progress to senior management, highlighting any potential delays or concerns.

7. Problem Solving: The Electrical Supervisor must be adept at troubleshooting electrical issues as they arise, implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track.

Electrical Supervisor Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Gold ECS card
• SMSTS/SSSTS
