Up to 85,000 + Car Allowance + Other Benefits

Overseeing 2x housing schemes in the Merseyside area, reporting directly into a Construction Director. Managing a team of Site Managers of varying levels and ensuring both schemes are adhering to; programme, quality, safety etc. This is to join a business that have an outstanding portfolio of work in the region with work secured until 2028.

We are after someone with Timber Frame or light weight steel system experience who is proven in a project manager capacity.
