- Source and connect with candidates for available positions using our CRM and LinkedIn.
- Engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and personalised messaging.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to candidate placement.
- Set and meet ambitious goals and targets.
- Proactively seek out and engage top-tier passive candidates through strategic cold calling.
