Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Deliver expert assistance to end-users, addressing a wide range of IT issues with speed and precision.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
- System Setup & Configuration: Handle the setup and configuration of computer systems (Both Hardware & Software), optimizing them for peak performance.
- Process Design & Implementation: Craft and implement efficient processes, incorporating math and Linked Actions to enhance user experience and system reliability.
- Automation: Introduce and maintain system automations to streamline operations and reduce manual interventions.
- Development Projects: Participate in various development initiatives, contributing to the timely delivery of business-critical projects whilst reviewing and testing all development work completed and providing personal input and ideas to achieve reliable results.
