We have an exciting opportunity available for a Junior Content Creator to join our growing team at Montirex, an outdoor sports performance brand based in Liverpool. Your primary responsibility will be creating engaging, social-first content, working closely with the Social Media Manager and Content Lead. Your work will help drive our marketing efforts and connect with our audience through dynamic and impactful content.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Content Creation
- Develop and produce high-quality video content tailored for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Create content that is optimised for each platform's format and audience preferences.
- Research content and social media trends, innovation, and competitor activity to maintain a relevant and current understanding.
Filming
- Capture engaging footage using a smartphone and DSLR camera, with a focus on social media-friendly formats.
- Film content for product launches, influencer collaborations, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all videos are visually compelling and align with Montirex’s brand aesthetics.
Editing
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring they are polished, engaging, and optimized for social media.
- Add graphics, music, and effects to enhance the final product and capture audience attention.
- Work efficiently to produce high-quality content within tight deadlines.
Platform-Specific Strategies
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to develop content strategies tailored to each platform.
- Support influencer partnerships and product drops by creating promotional content.
- Utilise TikTok Shop formats to create engaging shopping experiences.
Brand Representation
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all social media content. Uphold Montirex’s image and values in all produced content.
- Actively engage with our online community to foster brand loyalty and interaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media content creation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work.
- Proficiency in filming with a smartphone and DSLR camera.
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok Shop.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for sports, fitness, and fashion is a plus.
- Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, After Effects) is a bonus.
Salary/Package
- Full-time, Permanent.
