Introduction
Our client is seeking an outstanding Registered Children's Manager to join a pioneering social enterprise within the residential care sector. This initiative, stemming from the youth development charity, who are committed to transforming the residential care experience for young individuals by offering a nurturing environment and fostering their long-term prospects.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a new venture, with a competitive salary of £51,000 - £51,500 yearly. Our client is a recently established residential childrens care home, driven by a mission to raise the standards in residential care. They offer a full 360 support service to the young people within their care, including one-to-one mental health support, youth development activities, and school holiday programmes. As the Registered Children's Manager, you'll be:
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of running the home.
  • Ensuring that high levels of educational, emotional, and physical care are provided.
  • Planning and implementing appropriate activities for the young people.
  • Ensuring comfortable accommodation and the service of key workers are provided in accordance with Positive Homes Procedures and Policies.
  • Preparing young people for independent living through short, medium, and long term planned placements.

  • Familiar with ensuring comfortable accommodation and the service of key workers are provided in accordance with company Procedures and Policies.
